• How much do your desks cost?

• Are you a member of GSA, NASPO, etc. ?

• What kind of warranty/support do you provide?

  At Xybix, we have the best support and warranty in the industry. Not only do we have customer support representatives ready to help you whenever you need, we also have a 10-year to lifetime warranty in the event that your equipment needs repairs.

• We need a redesign for our entire center. Does Xybix offer design services?

  Yes! At Xybix, we have a fully educated and trained design team. They not only design our desks, they plan layouts for 911 centers, police stations, hospitals, command centers, and more! If you have in-house architects and designers, our team is happy to work with them to help create the workplace of your dreams. You can learn more about our design team here:

• Are you GreenGuard or FSC Certified?

  Xybix desks feature UL GREENGUARD Gold certification, which is a widely adopted and trusted standard for identifying and labeling low-emitting VOC products including desks, tables, baby cribs, and more. In fact, more than 400 green building codes, standards, guidelines, procurement policies, and rating systems give credit for GREENGUARD certified products. 

  The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) establishes worldwide standards for responsible forest management and an FSC certification guarantees that the wood purchased by a manufacturer comes from responsibly managed forests that deliver social, economic and environmental returns.
  Therefore, all wood used in every Xybix product is sourced from companies who comply with and are certified by the FSC.

• What about grounding?

  While Xybix’s standard equipment doesn't require any specific grounding we do offer optional R-56 grounding for your Xybix workstations to meet any grounding standards. You can learn more here: https://www.xybix.com/xybix-grounding

• How long does it typically take to receive a new Xybix desk?

  Much like with pricing, this varies depending on how many desks you need, the type of desks you're ordering, how much design/installation work is involved with at your location, etc. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to contact your local sales team member in order to get an accurate estimate for your specific scenario.
