Jenny grew up in rural southwestern Minnesota where she developed a passion for the natural world. She graduated from North Dakota State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Jenny has worked in multiple zoos, a veterinary hospital, animal shelters, wildlife research, and preclinical research. During the pandemic, she made a career pivot to explore another passion- design. Jenny began studying at the University of Minnesota for her Master of Architecture degree which she completed in 2023. Shortly after graduation, she accepted a job at a commercial architecture firm in Denver and moved to Colorado. In her free time, Jenny enjoys hiking, driving through the mountains, watching films, gaming, and taking her pug, Genghis, to local Denver parks.
