Colorado born and raised, I went to school for Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder. During my schooling, I worked on a broad range of projects from drill-powered bikes to dielectric-elastomer actuators, giving me the flexibility to adapt to new challenges in any industry, a skill I have put to use every day while working with Xybix. I received my B.S. in 2016 and joined the team soon thereafter as an intern. Over the course of three months I worked in several different stations on the manufacturing floor, learning all our products and devising how to improve them.
In February of 2017 I was promoted to a full-time Manufacturing Engineer and have loved working with all the staff at Xybix ever since. I have never worked with a team so dedicated to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work I really love to spend time in the outdoors – hiking, camping, mountain biking, climbing, really anything that gets me into the wilderness! If I’m not outdoors I’m spending time with my family or drafting up new personal projects to tinker with.
