Barry Carson - PresidentBorn and raised in Colorado, Barry is the senior operations, product development and business director of the company. He attended Trinity University in Texas, whereupon graduation he helped found Xybix in 1991. Barry’s product design leadership has led to the development and securing of several patents. He gives back to his community as a member of the National Ski Patrol. |

David Carson - CEODave brings 30 years of furniture industry experience and expertise. His deep knowledge of the need for improved ergonomics and adjustable height workstations drove him to co-found Xybix more than 15 years ago. As a member of the ergonomic review committee for the new ANSI ergonomic standard, Dave is recognized as an industry leader in translating ergonomic standards into proven solutions. |

Kenneth Carson - VP of SalesSince joining Xybix in 1992, Ken has played a role in every major customer implementation. As VP of sales, he leads the training and development of Xybix’s team members, as well as overseeing the quote and bid process. Ken’s commitment to knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive support has helped propel the company into new markets and new solutions, and given the customers’ voice a key role in the product development and solution delivery processes at Xybix. Like Barry, Ken is a member of the National Ski Patrol. |

Kelley Smith - National Installation ManagerAfter managing a Xybix installation as a client, Kelly joined Xybix full time. His 15 years of communications center knowledge enable him to direct all Xybix customer installations with a keen sense of understanding for the customer environment, as well as the Xybix system. Kelley is also a successful competitive team roper at rodeos. |

Judi Jump - Director of DesignJudi provides Xybix and its clients a 30-year track record of designing and developing successful world-class solutions. Her experience includes fulfilling both private and public sector clients' personnel and equipment requirements, including space planning and design development; product and finish specifications; budget estimates; installation documents; and schedule management. Judi and her team work diligently with furniture dealerships, architectural firms, interior design firms and furniture manufacturers to ensure the optimal solution is achieved for every unique project. Outside of work she is active with her kids' soccer, lacrosse, football and basketball games. |

Troy Parson - Operations ManagerHaving spent the last 15 years in labor management and customer service, Troy has used his organizational skills to motivate Xybix employees and meet the needs of customers in a timely fashion. As operations manager, he is responsible for the production and quality control of all Xybix furniture, including operation of Xybix’s CNC router. Troy has implemented several OSHA and safety awareness training sessions for Xybix, and is experienced in Materials Requirements Planning, AlphaCam and other industry standards. He makes sure every shipment goes out accurately, and that each solution meets customers’ quality expectations. In Troy’s spare time you can find him on the Colorado reservoirs fishing for walleye! |
