Erie County Police, Bufalo NY

Erie County Communications Center continuously strives to improve its police service provided to about 1 million people within the community. 

With 10 Sheriffs’ Dispatchers, 20 Buffalo PD dispatchers, 40 911 call takers and 16 EMS dispatchers working around the clock, it requires an efficient facility focused on each individual to get the job done productively.
